It's difficult to come to the store, shall we take care of the quality? Shall we buy it? For those who are worried about it, we also accept assessments on LINE that can be easily used by phone or smartphone.
Please feel free to use [Kinokuniya] in a way that best suits you, as it is a system in which you will be asked to come to our store if the assessed amount is acceptable to you.
Please bring the item you wish to pawn.
We will look at the item and assess how much you can borrow.
[Caution] Please note that we may not be able to handle some products or depending on the condition of the product.
We will tell you how much you can borrow.
If you are satisfied with the amount, we will explain the system such as the deposit period and interest rate, and the contract will be concluded. There is no need to sign a contract if you are not satisfied. Also, even in that case, there is no assessment fee or commission, so please feel free to visit us.
If you are visiting us for the first time, please bring your ID (driver's license, insurance card, passport, student ID, etc.).
We will give you cash and a pawn ticket on the spot.
A pawn ticket is required when returning an item or extending the period.

Storage periodThe term of the “pawn” loan is 3 months. If you can pay the loan amount and interest within this period, we will return the item.

If your loan is about to expire, you can extend the loan period by paying interest only.

If you cannot repay
If you are unable to repay within the time limit or if you fail to pay the interest, the ownership of the goods you have entrusted to us will be transferred to our store.
Customers are no longer obligated to repay the principal and accrued interest, and there are no repayment claims.
There is no demand for money such as interest or principal, and we do not contact you that payment is behind.
In that sense, it is a “safe financial system without collection”. However, the items will be disposed of without contact, so please manage yourself.
